Shipping Timeline

To ensure your countdown arrives before October begins:

• Preorders close Wednesday, September 23.
• All 31-day countdowns will begin shipping shortly after preorder production is completed and are expected to arrive before October 1 so you can begin opening your first package on time.
• Orders placed after the preorder cutoff cannot be guaranteed to arrive before October 1.

• Orders will ship in time for you to begin opening your countdown on the evening of October 19 whenever possible.
• Ordering early is strongly encouraged, as production is entirely handmade and quantities are limited.
